Come to the Coastkeeper Garden on Saturday October 3 to learn all about Orange County’s most essential residents - BEES!

Did you know that, on average, it takes the nectar from 10 million flowers to make one liter of honey? Did you know that a worker bee can carry half their weight in nectar and pollen and still fly? Join us on October 3 at the Coastkeeper Garden to learn about these and other fascinating facts from Julie Frickle of the Orange County Beekeepers Association.

Honey harvested at the Coastkeeper Garden will be for sale in support of our nonprofit community garden!
