    Please join us at the Coastkeeper Garden as we partner with Harvest Landscape for a series of free educational workshops addressing a variety of topics related to Orange County landscapes.
    Learn more about the fundamentals of planning your landscape, creating designs that incorporate elements of balance, scale, variety and sequence into your garden's line, form, texture and and color.

    Please join us for a free and informational workshop to find out how to make the most of your garden and create a stunning landscape. 

     Light refreshments will be served. 

    Each workshop will be held at the Coastkeeper Garden, our unique and beautiful demonstration garden adjacent to Santiago Canyon College. The garden features six California Friendly vignettes that can be used to transform landscapes to harmonize with sustainable practices and native plant habitat.

     Speakers will include Harvest's team of experts, Steven Schinhofen, Doug Kokesh and Don Saunders, along with an occasional guest.

    Join us at Huntington State Beach Tower #2 for Coastkeeper's Monthly Beach Cleanup. Engage with your local community to help protect Orange County beaches and waterways by removing trash from the beach. Learn about ocean pollution and the danger it poses to local the local ecosystems, citizens and economy.

     Before the event please encourage everyone in your group register individually online the link is provided below. For those who are unable to register online, they may fill out a liability waiver at the event or print one from our website.  Having your volunteers pre-register online will make the check in process much faster at the event and saves paper.

     
    Please note: anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent fill out the online form, bring a signed liability waiver or have a parent fill out the waiver for them at the event.  Those under 18 years of age without a signed livability waiver or hasn't registered online, will be unable to participate. 
    When you enter into Huntington State Beach, tell the park attendant you are there for the beach cleanup and get free parking at the beach!

    Plant lovers and gardeners are invited to participate in the monthly Garden Share. 
    Attendees bring garden related items to trade such as plants, cuttings, pots, tools, produce etc. 
    The Garden Share is a great way to obtain new plants and meet like minded plant people.
    Arrive at 9:30 for set up and "Sharing" begins at 10:00 sharp!
