Orange County Coastkeeper, the California Artifical Reef Enhancement Program, and the Coalition for Enhanced Marine Resources invites you to attend the Rigs to Reefs Conference.  We will focus on the key environmental, economic and policy issues related to establishing a California Rigs to Reefs Program with a dynamic keynote from ocean expert Dr. Sylvia Earle (National Geographic Explorer in Residence) and five interactive panel discussions.
