 tn-dpt-me-0110-eelgrass-update-20160109.jpg

The City of Newport Beach and Orange County Coastkeeper are joining forces to host an informational workshop about the challenges of promoting healthy eelgrass populations within a bustling small craft harbor. Coastkeeper's marine restoration director will share the work we've done for eelgrass restoration in Newport Bay and the City's harbor resources manager will share how new dredging policies can benefit both residents and eelgrass populations. City staff will be available to answer any dredging questions you may have.
