About

Orange County Coastkeeper

What We Do

Orange County Coastkeeper is a nonprofit clean water organization that serves as a steward of our fresh- and saltwater ecosystems through education, advocacy, restoration, research and enforcement.

Our History

Orange County Coastkeeper was founded in 1999, but the “Keeper” concept dates back to a 19th-century English tradition of protecting private streams and assuring that the waters were healthy.

Our People

Our full-time staff of dedicated and productive people are proud of our accomplishments and grateful for the support from friends, foundations, businesses, and governmental agencies.
