Kaysha Kenney

Kaysha is our Marine Restoration Director and manages our oyster and eelgrass restoration programs, eelgrass mitigation services, and involvement in the fight against the invasive Caulerpa in our waters.
Kaysha grew up in Southern California, always loving the ocean. She went to California State University, Fullerton, and received her BSc in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology. She then moved to Australia and received her MSc in Marine Biology from James Cook University. Kaysha loves everything about ocean conservation and has worked in a diverse field of marine science education and outreach, communications, habitat restoration, and scientific diving. In her free time, Kaysha is a SCUBA divemaster, loves doing beach cleanups, and is an avid traveler.
